IF journey part 2

After I was diagnosed with DOR I told my family who didn’t know we were even trying to get pregnant (except my youngest sister). Apparently my paternal grandmother was diagnosed with pre mature menopause when she was in her mid 30s and everyone knew it but me! That would have been helpful information to have when 6 months into our baby making journey when I first sought medical help. Deep down I knew something was wrong but since I appeared healthy on paper I was told to decrease my stress and wait 6 more months. I bet if I had known I had a family history of POF they would have taken me more seriously. Even as a health care insider, the system can be frustrating some times.
